Who is this for?
Business consultants, independent sales professionals, entrepreneurs, former colleagues, industry connectors and people with trusted business relationships. You should be comfortable making personal introductions and protecting the confidence of the people you refer.
Do I need marketing experience?
You need to recognise a relevant need and connect us to the right person. Young handles the specialist discussion. We provide a service menu, approved presentation, relevant work examples and a named contact to support you.
What makes a useful referral?
A business owner or decision maker who has a clear growth or communication need, is willing to speak with Young and can discuss the resources required. Please obtain permission before sharing their details.
What does work along involve?
You remain an active relationship contact during the retainer. Your agreed role can include client check-ins, review meetings, feedback and helping move client actions forward. Young remains responsible for the proposal, scope, delivery and collections.
How are my fees calculated?
On Young's eligible service fees actually received. Taxes, media budgets, publisher charges, venue costs, external production expenses and other third-party or reimbursed costs are excluded. Discounts, credits and refunds reduce the eligible amount. The agreed fee base is recorded before the engagement begins.
When will I be paid?
The finder fee is paid once after the eligible assignment payment is collected. If the project is paid in instalments, the single payout follows full collection of the agreed project fee. Work along fees are paid after each eligible retainer receipt, subject to the agreed documentation and payout terms. There is no payout on unpaid client invoices.
Can I receive both fees for the same engagement?
One fee model applies to each accepted engagement. Your role is agreed before the proposal. Additional projects, renewals or changes in role need separate written agreement; they do not create an automatic additional entitlement.
Can I refer someone already known to Young?
Register the opportunity first. Young checks for active clients, existing opportunities and duplicate referrals, then confirms eligibility before you proceed.
Are there targets or a joining fee?
There is no joining fee or requirement to buy Young's services. We agree practical activity expectations with you at onboarding. Earnings depend on accepted referrals, signed client engagements and actual payments received.
Can I quote prices or promise results?
Use Young's approved material and refer pricing, discounts and commitments to our team. Scope and availability are confirmed for each assignment. Sales outcomes, search rankings and editorial coverage cannot be guaranteed.
