Affiliate Programme Terms

1. The programme

Young Growth Circle is the affiliate programme of Young Growth Systems (YGS), run by Youngistan Creative & Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Young"). Affiliates introduce business owners and decision makers to Young and earn an agreed fee when an accepted introduction becomes paid business.

2. Applying and joining

• There is no joining fee and no requirement to buy any Young service.
• Submitting the application form does not enrol you. Young reviews each application and may accept or decline it at its discretion.
• You become an affiliate only once you and Young have signed an affiliate agreement and completed onboarding.
• Practical activity expectations are agreed with you at onboarding. There are no sales targets in these terms.

3. Registering a referral

• Get the business owner's permission before sharing their details with Young.
• Register each opportunity with Young before making the introduction.
• Young checks for active clients, existing opportunities and duplicate referrals, then confirms whether the referral is eligible. Only accepted referrals can earn a fee.
• Once Young accepts a referral, you connect Young with the business personally.

4. Fee models

One fee model applies to each accepted engagement. Your role and fee model are agreed and recorded before Young sends the proposal.

Finder fee. For a qualified introduction to a one-time lump sum assignment: 20% of the eligible Young service fee received for that assignment, paid once.

Work along fee. For staying involved through a 12-month retainer engagement: 10% of each eligible retainer payment Young receives during those 12 months. Your agreed role can include client check-ins, review meetings, sharing client feedback and helping move client actions forward.

Additional projects, renewals or a change in role need a separate written agreement and do not create an automatic additional entitlement.

5. What counts as eligible income

Fees are calculated on Young's eligible service fees actually received from the client. The following are excluded:

• Taxes, including GST
• Media budgets and publisher charges
• Venue costs and external production expenses
• Other third-party or reimbursed costs

Discounts, credits and refunds reduce the eligible amount. The agreed fee base is recorded before the engagement begins.

6. When fees are paid

• The finder fee is paid once, after the eligible assignment payment is collected. If the client pays in instalments, the single payout follows full collection of the agreed project fee.
• Work along fees are paid after each eligible retainer receipt.
• No fee is payable on client invoices that have not been paid.
• Payouts are subject to the documentation and payout terms in your affiliate agreement, and to any deductions required by law, such as TDS.
• If Young refunds or credits a client for amounts on which a fee was paid, the affected fee may be adjusted against future payouts.

7. How you represent Young

• Use only Young's approved materials, such as the service menu, presentation and work examples.
• Refer all questions on pricing, discounts, scope and commitments to the Young team. Do not quote prices or make promises on Young's behalf.
• Do not promise outcomes. Sales results, search rankings and editorial coverage cannot be guaranteed.
• Young agrees the scope and commercial terms directly with the client and remains responsible for the proposal, delivery and collections.

8. Your relationship with Young

As an affiliate you act as an independent party. You are not an employee, partner or legal agent of Young, and you cannot sign contracts or make commitments that bind Young. You are responsible for your own taxes on fees you receive.

9. Confidentiality

Keep confidential any non-public information you receive about Young, its clients and the businesses you refer, and use it only for the programme. Protect the confidence of the people you introduce.

10. Ending participation

Either you or Young may end your participation in line with your affiliate agreement. Fees already earned on accepted engagements are handled as set out in that agreement.

12. Changes and governing law

Young may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect engagements already recorded under a signed affiliate agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
