Who we are

This notice explains how Youngistan Creative & Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Young", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through the Young Growth Circle affiliate programme page and application form. Young Growth Circle is the affiliate programme of Young Growth Systems (YGS), a part of Young.

This notice covers the affiliate programme only. Our general website privacy policy is available at youngistancreatives.com/privacy-policy.

What we collect

When you apply to join Young Growth Circle, we collect the details you choose to give us:

• Your full name, email address, mobile number and city
• Your company and current role, and your LinkedIn profile or website, if you provide them
• How you know Young or Wilfred Fernandes, the fee route that interests you, and the businesses or sectors you know well
• Your contact consents, including whether we may contact you on WhatsApp

We also record basic technical details with your application, such as the date and time, the page you applied from, and campaign tags in the page link (for example, where you clicked through from).

Please share only your own details in the application form. Do not enter information about the businesses or people you may later refer. Referrals are registered separately after enrolment, and only with that person's permission.

Why we use it

• To review your application and decide whether the programme is a fit
• To contact you about your application by phone, email and, if you agree, WhatsApp
• To discuss the programme, the fee model that suits you, and onboarding
• To prepare your affiliate agreement if your application is accepted
• To understand which channels bring us applications, so we can improve our outreach

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your application details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Our basis for using it

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the application form, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. If your application is accepted, we also process your data to enter into and carry out the affiliate agreement with you.

Who we share it with

Your application is seen by the Young team members who run the programme. We use trusted service providers to operate the form and store applications, such as Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) and our website host. These providers process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.

We may disclose data where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

If your application is not taken forward, we keep your details for up to 12 months in case the programme becomes a fit later, then delete them. If you join the Circle, we keep your details for as long as you remain an affiliate and afterwards for the period needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update your details
• Delete your details, where we are not required to keep them
• Withdraw your consent, including for WhatsApp contact, at any time

Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. If you withdraw consent before your application is reviewed, we will not be able to continue with it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls on the sheet where applications are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Contact and grievances

We aim to respond to requests and grievances within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
